Some great stuff quoted in the review, especially the letter to Raymond Chandler, and the letter from Geoffrey Boothroyd criticizing Fleming's having armed Bond with a .25 mm Beretta. But my favorite was this one:

“On some pages the sentences all begin with ‘And.’ I can’t see the point of this. Presumably you are aiming at producing an effect of panting continuity. Take out all the ‘Ands’ and see if it makes any difference.”

I only linked it because of those letters that were quoted. I loved that comment about the "and" sentences.
