Saw them at London's Marquee Club in 1967. They did a 10 minute plus version of the old blues chestnut, "Help Me." Never saw a cat play that fast before or since (well, maybe Johnny Winter). Alvin Lee also did a great pop album in the 70s with a gospel rocker called Mylon. Haven't heard it in ages but used to play it regularly. RIP, Alvin.
