Well, you can't say the authors aren't equal opportunity bashers. Particularly liked the comments on Portland, Seattle and Austin.

I'm trying to figure out where they think people DO dress well. I thought they were a bunch of Manhattanites who think the world is bounded by Central Park on the north, the East River on the East and the Hudson on the west but even Manhattan comes in for a bashing (#5). Maybe they like how people dress in Houston.
