Yikes! Reminds of when I was listening to a talk radio show in Houston, back when. A caller wanted to know if it would be legal to shoot a trespasser and the radio host said it would be a bad idea. The caller kept asking about degrees, getting to ( I'm paraphrasing) " What if they brush their hand on my house?" People can be buggy!
