For once, New York leads the way. The 18 year old (seriously) night manager said he noticed the guy, who appeared to be drunk, hanging around outside. He fell down and this moron, who apparently couldn't wait for his burger, ran over him, backed up and went around him to the window to grab his food and run.
As of this morning he's still on the loose out there.
