Tad early to compile best of 2009 lists,don't ya think? Reminds me of an old '80s Ziggy cartoon where he's at one of those sidewalk news stands and the owner says, "We have Newsweek and U.s. News & World Report, but Time waits for no man."
I guess it makes sense that TIME / CNN would pick blogs that are political or with an orientation toward hard news. Personally, I think your blog and those of Arnold Zwicky and World Wide Words are much more interesting and of personal value.
Besides, most of the blogs listed have NO sense of humor!
