Comcast Feels My Pain

I received two nice phone calls from Comcast today, and while I still don't know when my Internet and TV service will be restored, I do know that someone knows I'm suffering.  I hope that maybe by next week, things will be (more or less) back to normal at Casa de Crider.   So credit where it's due and thanks, Comcast.

Well, Bill, That's an interesting list to be on.

Comcast mostly would like to continue billing you, I suspect (across the room is the first bill I've gotten for my combo service, for $500 plus, since they took their sweet time billing me). They have to pay for that new HQ with the several hundred waterless urinals somehow.
