I"m Not Quite Sure What to Make of This

Time Warp Wives: Meet the women who really do live in the past | Mail Online: "The credit crunch, a knife crime epidemic - no wonder so many of us are sick of the 21st century. Most of us just grumble, but some women have taken radical action to escape what they see as the soulless grind of modern life. Meet the 'Time Warp Wives', who believe that life, especially marriage, was far more straightforward in the Thirties, Forties and Fifties."

Wow, that is really...odd.

I guess with these women around there really always will be an England.

Got to love people who revere the Thirties, Forties and Fifties.

You guys just peeved those decades had a Conrad Hilton rather than a Paris Hilton. :-P

I get it, man. It's not any different from folks who tape a lobster tail to their foreheads and pretend to be Klingons for a weekend. And I don't know about anyone else, but I'd much rather have that redhead handing me a martini when I get home than hearing about the latest iteration of The Next Generation on DVD. But that's just me; I'm a half-step from going retro myownself.
